The Role will assist business growth through Market Research activities and facilitate market development function. A Techno-Commercial role with good understanding of market research and ability to understanding the Trelleborg product & Application Range.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Role is majorly into Desktop research to identify Growing segments / applications in the Geography (India / South Asia)
Collecting data and insights in selected Segments, applications, competitors and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
Perform valid and reliable market research on competitors’ products & services.
Should explore TSS Global Applications and explore the possibility of business in TSS India
Should be able to refer multiple sources and generate Prospect List.
Work Closely with Lead management team for Cold calls
Work Closely with Communications Team for Lead Nurturing, Lead Generation
Finally, shall hand over a qualified Prospect list to the Hunters (Sales Engineers)
Drive the Lead Management function for the organization.
Maintain and support all marketing dashboards, reporting and analysis.
Support in monthly reporting of department activity & performance
Provide Statistical reports and Recommendations to management and assists with the development of strategic plans for the department / Function.
Profile
1 to 2 years of work experience in Marketing research Function.
MBA with BBM/BBA/BE
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Familiarity with CRM programs
Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining.
Developing and Maintaining the strong work relationship with Sales/Marketing Team, Application Engineering Team, Global Segment Community and Global Market Research Community.
