Should be able to comprehend a holistic picture of customers’ online behavior and identify their touchpoints.
Identify triggers (such as the occurrence of an event, social media mentions, entry/exit from a segment, change in user attribute, etc.) and design personalized logic-based workflows to connect with the users.
Can design concepts for Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and similar marketing platforms based on users’ behavior metrics.
Experience in working with Customer Engagement and User Retention Platforms is an advantage.
