Full Job Description :-

If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Responsibilities

Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idealization to execution
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter that attracts and converts our target groups
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Work with department heads to discuss topics such as budgets and contracts, marketing plans, and the selection of advertising media.
Plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards
Negotiate advertising contracts with Advertising vendors
Oversee Email Marketing campaigns
Partner with existing device vendors for promotional purposes such as Facebook live events or direct mail marketing for the purpose of educating patients on vendor technology.
Evaluate the ongoing look and feel of websites and maintain them
Maintain and manage social media content
Serve as the marketing point of contact for any incoming marketing related phone calls, emails, and direct mail
Initiate market research studies or current trends and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
Maintain and manage digital outdoor sign
Develop pricing strategies for products or services marketed to the target customers
Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff
Develop the overall look or style of a publication (posters, brochures, handouts)
Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use and determine how best to represent a concept visually
Work with vendors to develop advertising campaign, television, or film set Maintain office On-hours voicemail and Off-hours voicemail
Purchase all marketing promo items for in office and expo’s or conventions (t-shirts, pens, etc)
Purchase all business/appointment cards for replenishment or new staff Maintain and manage all office email additions and deletions
Oversee phone extensions and update names on phone system
Book all travel for upcoming events or conventions
Publish job placement opportunities for all departments
Order lunches in office when needed and for marketing purposes
Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs through Canva
Create visual elements with marketing agency or create logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends
Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls using in office New Patient packet
Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions
Convert data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
Purchase promotional giveaway items to be used for exhibits, marketing to local providers, or for staff.
Collect and turn in all expense reports and receipts
Visit local and surrounding medical offices to provide information on the latest technology we are offering or for follow up.
Provide lunches, breakfasts, or snacks for marketing purposes to local or surrounding city medical offices.

Skills

Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Preferred but not required experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Preferred BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or 3+ experience related field

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39,576.00 – $43,500.00 per year
