Project Role :IT Customer Service Representative
Project Role Description :Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities : 1-Azure SQL DBA experience with Azure Data Warehouse knowledge 2-Well versed with Azure SQL Administrative tasks 3-Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor and other related troubleshooting tools 4-Indexes, index management, integrity checks, configuration, patching
Technical Experience : 1-SQL database backup, restore, and recoveries 2-Database designs tables, data types, stored procedures, functions, etc 3-Critical incident support and interactions with Microsoft 4-Availability and consistent performance of database 5-SQL Servers Databases provisioning, maintaining DB backup and restore, Database refresh, databases tuning and monitor, securing data 6-Azure certification preferred
Professional Attributes : 1-Good communication skills in English and client handling 2- Adopt to new requirements and Technology requirements 3-Provide 24 x 7 shift coverage on rotation
Educational Qualification : 1-Min 15 yrs of experience in education
15 years of full time education
