Job profile:
Our Regional Talent Acquisition team is recruiting for a Mobilisation Coordinator to form an integral part of the team.
This is a key role where the successful candidate will be entrusted duties for managing the
mobilisation process from candidate offer acceptance through joining the business across the region. This is a key role in the recruitment process as one must be able to communicate the process and maintain momentum whilst keeping candidates informed and comfortable.
Key Duties:
Inform new employee of process and various documentation that will be required
Coordinate on-boarding request of new employees with other internal stakeholders such as
Government relations/PRO, IT, HR Operations and Facilities teams.
Coordinate new employee travel arrangements, accommodation, pre induction
Maintenance of employee file throughout the on-boarding process and making sure all necessary documents are saved in the correct place
Ensure candidates and hiring managers are updated on progress throughout the process
Act as main point of contact for the candidate and hiring manager throughout the mobilisation process
Generation of weekly reports for the Line Managers and Recruitment Manager/Advisors with status updates on new employees in process
Assisting other members of the Talent Acquisition team as and when required
Candidate Specification
Minimum Requirement:
A qualified graduate with demonstrable experience in resource mobilisation
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
Previous knowledge of GCC labour law and visa processes advantageous
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Insight towards potential new employees with regards to concerns they have during the re- location/mobilisation process
Exceptional organizational skills
Being able to assess situations in the context of the full business ecosystem
Continuously looking for innovations and improvements to manage workload and accomplish deliverables across individuals, teams and projects
Adopting an adaptive mindset and using strategic and critical thinking to approach problems in a new way
Ability to deal efficiently with priorities and manage time appropriately
Advanced level proficiency with all MS Office products, including: Outlook; Word; Excel; and
PowerPoint
A dedicated team player with strongly interactive and communication skills, both oral and written Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders
Ensure MacDonald HSE policies are at the forefront of all activities
Adopting a proactive approach towards complex tasks and overall delivery
Sound knowledge of professional and international standards
