Management of different lines of business within Group Business
Ensuring adherence to process controls and regulations governing group operations
Adherance to service levels across various processes
Drive process efficiencies through automations and alignment of processes with market best practices
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in submission of all regulatory reports
Effective team management
Key Result Areas
Product Implementation
Should be able to contribute to new product ideas, understand the existing products and its implementation needs.
Should be able to assess all upstream and downstream dependencies in the product implementation, identify the different stakeholders, system or process requirements and ensure seamless and timely implementation with adherence to regulatory timelines
Partner Onboarding
Should be able to understand the partner/ business requirements vis a vis the product/s being offered, offer solutions and its implementation and ensure seamless onboarding
Continue to monitor any course corrections and accordingly liaise with business / partner for the changes
SLA Adherence
Ensure SLAs for all processes are best in class, market facing and adhered to as per KPIs
Continue to constantly benchmark SLAs with the market practices
Ensure all transactions are processed within internal and regulatory service levels
Risk documentation & Mitigation plan
Should be able to assess risks with adequate mitigation plan. Ensure that SOPs are reviewed and measures are implemented to check for total adherence.
Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines.
Process reviews
Should be able to continuously review processes and introduce automation / process changes to improve efficiency
Establish appropriate controls across processes
Customer obsession
Continuously review processes to improve customer experience and ensure achievement of NPS target for the process.
People development
Should ensure employee engagement scores that are minimum above the company average. Engage with team and other members of the team to ensure employee satisfaction, resolution of employee grievances and issues.
