Job Title : OT Technician

Responsible For
No. of vacancies – 1
Qualification – Diploma/Graduate in OT Technician is a must. Preferred from Eyecare Hospital exp.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist surgeons in performing surgeries.
2. Instrument cleaning, Autoclaving & ETO.
3. Ensuring filling up of consumable sheet.
4. Ensuring the washing of soiled linen.
5. Physical verification of linen.
6. Ensuring that waste is segregated in pre-defined color-coded bags and as per hospital Infection control policy.
7. Inventory Maintenance within the OT (Drugs, IOL, Linen, Equipment & Instruments).
8. Preventive Maintenance of Equipment.
9. Fumigation as per prescribed protocol.
10. Following OT protocol for Scrubbing, Infection Control & Sterilization.
11. Physical verification of the stock.
12. Stock management in the OT.
13. Ensuring regular & timely condemnation of OT instruments & Consumables.
