Location– New Delhi, India & Vancouver, Canada
Position– Permanent (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in the business immigration practice.
Conduct investigations from the client
Conduct documentary research.
Perform statutory, regulatory, case law and public records research to understand legal requirements that apply to specific cases, when necessary
Review documentation needed for specific case types to ensure accuracy and completeness..
Prepare petition and application packages for final review and signature by Attorney’s before submission to government agencies.
Desired Candidates Profile:
2-3 years of experience as paralegal with a legal firm
Excellent case management and organizational skills is essential.
Strong communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team environment
