Full Job Description :-
Major/Essential Functions
Providing excellent customer service to anyone that calls or walks into the new Canyon OB/GYN Clinic. Answers telephones, checks in patients, verifies insurance and/or other health coverage, takes payment for services rendered. May schedule surgeries.
Occasional Duties
Covers for other front desk staff in OB/GYN Clinics when someone is sick or on vacation
Required Qualifications
+Education: + A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
+Experience: + At least one year of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Past experience in busy healthcare/medical office
Pay Statement
