Minimum qualifications:
Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, and/or multi-functional Project Management leadership with customer impact
Experience in strategy, analytics, or insight-based product solutions
Preferred qualifications:
4 years of experience in managing insights, analytics, client management, or consulting oriented projects driving customer success across multiple cross-functional stakeholders
Experience working on analytical, problem-solving projects
Industry expertise one or more of the following (e.g., BFSI, travel, business-to-business sales, Offline/Online Retail, Communications, Marketing)
Expertise in implementing, optimizing, managing digital advertising campaigns, and managing complex, transformative solutions with clients
Ability to operate analytically, and to understand client needs
Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, and passion to create and share best practices to foster learning by sharing culture
About the job
The Performance Strategist team builds on the learnings from Customer Success Acceleration (CSA) for Mid-Market Segment (MMS) clients. Our primary objective will be to drive Customer Success through strategic partnerships across Agency at scale, leveraging our team’s diverse in-depth cross-product expertise and customized client solutioning, helping advertisers achieve their Customer/Marketing objectives.
This role will be highly entrepreneurial, with considerable opportunities for learning, cross-functional stakeholder management, and leadership in this exciting new initiative for Google Customer Solutions.

Responsibilities
Drive high impact across markets, customers, and stakeholders through strategic multi-dimensional problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, delivering an excellent experience to Google’s agency clients.
Drive decision-making and thought-leadership with Sales in enabling business/performance growth through systematic interventions, and ensure the client portfolio sustains effective business growth.
Manage complex cross-functional stakeholder groups by effectively communicating and managing expectations to optimize delivery for Google’s high value clients.
Pioneer advanced frameworks and customer solutions (e.g., OCT, O2O, LTV) and help activate these with the right customers for long-term trust and value; look at opportunities to scales these across markets.
Be the go-to person and subject matter expert in your region. Elevate complex multi-quarter projects by pitching/suggesting new proposals and lead project planning, project groups, and execution.
