To look after the training and placement activities of students.To have close liaison with industry for the placement of students.To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement.Understanding the potential recruiters and coordinating with them to arrange for pre-placement talks.Arrange training programmes for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.To organize the entrepreneurship workshops.To guide students to choose right career and to give knowledge, skill, and aptitude and meet the manpower requirements of the Industry.QualificationsGraduate5 years of experienceImpressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh soft skills in listening and communicationProficient in time management and creative and strategic thinkerAbility to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced, and fluid work environmentCreates and maintains a positive team environment that displays high levels of team spirit, motivation, and strong work ethics.Active CommunicatorA quick learn and should be able to act pro-actively as per situation demands.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
