Full Job Description :-
The role of a Practice Manager includes being able to assist the team in delivering superior patient care to each patient treated.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Consciously creates a workplace culture consistent with the overall organization and emphasizes the identified mission and values of the organization.
Strong training skills as a leader of a group and encourages subordinates to seek educational opportunities for growth.
Be able to serve as a liaison between the Regional Director, Doctor, and Practice Manager’s team members to meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment including managing the monthly calendar to be able to meet production and collection goals.
Participates in strategic and operational planning for the organization; establishes budgetary guidelines and means for staying within the specified range; tracks and develops patient referral systems.
Personally strives to delight patients and families by creating a kind, gracious, and caring environment including being able to perform necessary duties at the front desk to ensure all patient needs are met.
Requirements: High School Diploma1-3 years managerial experience
Technology: Computer, Copier, Fax, & Telephone. Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent
Desired: Bachelor Degree 3-5 years of management experience. Dental/Health insurance experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:50 am – 5:00 pm; possibly later hours and Saturdays
