Job Description -: Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills. Accuracy and the ability to follow through, capable of working independently in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented situation. Experience is us cold calling, Business Development, and Lead Generation via phone & email. Minimum 1-year experience in any international call center or any us process. Basic Knowledge of Microsoft office, word, excel, outlook. Comfortable to work in night shift. Strong Exposure to handling us market. Self-motivated, Aggressive selling approach. The basic idea of us business or economy. Communication skills are a must.Responsibilities -: Making outbound calls to US Companies who have freight to move, drive monthly & quarterly salestargets Effectively utilize available sales & marketing tools for campaign planning, ideal client profile, pipelinedevelopment, tracking opportunity progress (forecasting), developing weekly, monthly, quarterly levelforecasts. Assisting in capturing, managing, engaging, and nurturing existing leads, convert prospects intocustomers.
