Job Responsibilities
2) Experience – 1-3 years’ experience in P2P / F&A Helpdesk. (only contact center exp not enough)
3) Location – Bengaluru
4) Shift – American shift
5) Brief JD – Strong P2P domain knowledge for Invoice Processing, Payments, Vendor Set-up and at least 2-3 years experience in HelpDesk. Strong verbal and written English compulsory. Prior Zendesk and SAP experience preferred.
