Job description: Production In-charge, and ecommerce order fulfilment. Candidate will be responsible to manage day to day production activities and inventory management, coordinating with customers on order related issues, and following up till the orders gets delivered to customer.Job Responsibilities: Understand the order requirements and guide the production team to get the work done.Coordinating with production team to understand the production status and verifying the manufacturing products on every stageUpdate order status to customer and coordinating with internal team to prioritize based on delivery timelineCoordinating with vendor and internal team for regular inventory managementManaging production team daily activities and weekly follow-up on inventory managementHandling escalations and complex queriesManage emails & chatsKey skills required:Proven production management experience or experience as a client service representative in product-based companyAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to listen and active problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal skillsMale Candidates onlyWilling to work in ECR Kanathur close to Mayajaal.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftFixed shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Kanathur, Chennai – 603112, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
