As a family business, our daily decisions always include consideration of our environmental, economic, and social responsibilities.About the Project “Farmer Producer Organizations”: Currently we are working with Central Sector Scheme titled “Formation and Promotion of 10,000 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)” as business enterprises for undertaking value-chain interventions in selected districts of Gujarat & Rajasthan. The nucleus thrust of this programme is to enhance the production, productivity and profitability of the farmers with the special focus on small landholders, women and youth. We aspire to position ourselves as a strategic player in promotion and strengthening of FPOs as business/ Social enterprises.Key Responsibilities: Data compilation and management.Preparation of Power Point Presentation & MIS reports etc.Coordination with FPOs and other Stakeholders for data submission.Assisting in executing FPO project activities.Assisting in creating backward and forward market linkages for FPOs.Handling of procurement operations with farmer/FPOs.Facilitate FPOs related business activities such as post-harvest management, collective marketing, procurement, convergence with Central/State Govt. schemes etc.Preparation, analysis and integration of diverse information from varied sources.Assist in conducting Conference, Workshops, Exhibitions/ Farmers’ Fair/ Trade Fairs etc.Conducting Monthly Farmer Interest Group (FIG) Meeting at Village Level.Attending FPO Board Meeting, AGM etc.Advocacy and liasioning work with line Ministries and Central/ State Govt. departments etc.Undertake basic administrative coordination and networking tasks as assigned from time to time.Any other work given by the Company.Requisite Qualification: -The candidate should be MBA-ABM or graduate in /Agriculture/ Horticulture/ from a recognized University, with a minimum of 1-2 year of experience in formation and promotion of Farmer Producer Organizations in Central/State Government or Working with a large number of Farmer’s groups.·The candidate should have experience in the following: · Good command of M.S Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.· Fluency in both oral and written communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati Language.Ability to work independently to achieve performance objectives and deliverables.Remuneration: -INR 35,000/-To 40,000/-per month (Based on interview Performance)Other Allowance: (1) The transportation and accommodation arrange by the company during the official tour.(2) Mediclaim benefits as per company policy.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Ahmedabad – 380060, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
