Full Job Description :-
Experience: 0 – 2 years
Job Location: Mumbai
Basic Qualification – Any Graduates (preferred mechanical engineer)
Work Experience: 0-2 years
Prefer a graduate (preferred mechanical engineer) candidate from a shipping background who has hands-on experience in Purchasing between 1 – 2 years.
Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Location: Powai, Mumbai.
Key Skills Required:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of procurement/purchasing cycle.
Experience in any Marine Procurement or ERP software would be preferred.
Knowledge of computers – Windows 8/10 OS, MS Office.
Additional hands-on experience with support tools like JIRA, ZOHO, etc. would be an added advantage.
The Job profile would involve the following:
Understand the entire procurement cycle.
Single Point of Contact for Purchase module.
Guide end-users with queries related to functionalities.
Support users with issues.
Ability to liaise with international clients for Purchase change requirements.
Involvement in gap analysis.
Participate in calls/meetings with clients for documenting Change Requests.
Discuss the client requirements with the development team for effort estimates and timelines.
Prepare process documents/help files to guide end-users.
Manage/Admin purchase global registers and user access to the Purchase module.
