Job Title: Recruitment Executive
Location: Pune (EON IT Park- Kharadi)
Experience level: 1-3 years
Work you’ll do
A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
1-3 years of experience in end to end recruitment for IT/Banking/KPO domain
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment required
Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems
Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships
Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires
Good organizational skills
Knowledge of technology trends, compensation, and benefits
Proven ability to work in a changing environment and be able to develop new approaches to old
Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the organization
Exceptional negotiating skills with internal and external clients/candidates
Proficient in office computer software/systems (MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Qualification: MBA HR Or Bachelors with equivalent experience
Passive Sourcing, end to end recruitment, Negotiation skills, communication skills, MS Office
