Summary of role:
Responsible for execution of research project with support from senior researchers – handling and managing all research operations/processes, and providing research consultation/analysis for the clients
Must have:
Support senior researchers
Good understanding in marketing research procedures including operational aspect especially for quantitative research
Quality oriented mind. Has experience of consumer research and primary research, not secondary research.
Analyzing quantitative data as per the project need.
Preparing final report which involve charting & data interpretation & inputs on interpretation.
Must work well in a team-oriented environment and must be results driven
Maintain a flexible attitude and perform other duties as required or as assigned.
Ensure research QUALITY in all aspects of the research (Quality Control in questionnaire, fieldwork, tabulation, and data analysis)
Consult and provide value-add to the client (Maximize client satisfaction)

Job Location: Delhi & Bangalore
Experience: 3-5 years
Compensation: 6.00 LPA to 9.00 LPA (Also depends on overall experience and current CTC)
Skills Required:
Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good understanding in statistics and analytical tools
Willing to learn and adapt to new culture/environment
Must have experience of report writing
Responsibilities
Should independently work on development of questionnaire/discussion guide, data analysis plan and report preparation.
Should have good understanding in primary consumer market research (processes and operations especially in the quantitative research domain; experience in qualitative research will be an added advantage).
Can analyze quantitative primary consumer research data as per the project needs
Experience in report writing which involve charting and data interpretation
Must have a good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Must work well in a team-oriented environment and must be results driven
Maintain a flexible attitude and perform other duties as required or as assigned
Ensure research quality in all aspects of the research
Must have 2 – 4 years of relevant primary consumer market research experience
Should have good communication skills
Experience in handling B2C research projects in key industry verticals like – Automotive, Consumer Electronics, FMCG etc.
