Position: Sales Coordinator
Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation / MBA / PGDBA
Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced (1-2 Years)

Main responsibilities
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting and taking follow ups and arrange appointments.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays.
To identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of services to secure business.
To ensure that all client details are fully completed, including marketing information
To actively work towards Archants values: Openness; Commitment; Quality and Commitment
Respond and follow ups marketing leads into qualified sales meetings.
Call existing and predefined customers lists to generate sales opportunities and follow up for orders.
Ability to develop proposition for each prospect interaction close cooperation with the sales team to identify and follow up on new leads/opportunities.
