The company is part of US subsidy and focuses on tribal and women’s livelihood via employment through artesian food, forest herbs, and dairy product manufacture and sale. Company work as a third-party manufacturer for India and Overseas Food Brand. Our group organization has a presence in 5 countries and its business portfolio is spread in Organic Farming, Machinery Import, Food Consulting, Business Consulting, Ayurveda Herbs.We are looking for a Domestic Sales Executive,manager to handle our upcoming domestic b2c brand .ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing and driving growth for the B2C sales function via a dealer, distributer empanelmentIdentify, generate, and convert new B2C Sales opportunities.Exploring new avenues for sales in all possible Key Account channels.Creating tie-ups and partnerships with brands, Institutions to generate sales in B2BOverall responsibility from identifying, negotiating, order processing to the realization of payments and follow through.Identify and analyze market trends, pricing activities.Draw efficient market strategies as per business goals and build relations with business partners.Delivering annual business plan, volume, profitability through B2C SalesPartner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into B2C sales.Ensure sales KPIs are tracked, measured, and reported.Ability to design and execute trade promotion plans.Recruit and build a team for B2C sales in Bangalore, Chennai.Set KRA for Self in line with organizational priorities and ensure cascade of company objectives within the team and with channel partnersCreate a feedback loop between the market and management to increase the win rate.Qualification MBA – Sales2-3 Years of experience managing B2B/B2C sales premium & healthy food.Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skillsCrisp written and verbal communication skills’ * 1-2 Year experiance in dealer,distributor network developmentProficient in all Microsoft Office applications.The ability to multitask and be calm with chaos.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistanceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Bhopal – 462046, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 1 year (Preferred)Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)Retail sales: 3 years (Preferred)B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)FMCG: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Required)Willingness to travel:100% (Required)
