Required Experience : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field.Should have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales.Experience in being a team member and meeting sales deadlines.Preferred experience in IT Hardware & Software sales for domains like FMCG, F&B, Manufacturing and Hospitality.Role Description : Works directly with Business Sales Manager to grow business across the geography.Ensuring maximum lead conversion by following sales processes and systems.Managing sales via calls and customer visits.Requirements :Excellent verbal and written communication skills and IT fluency..Should have strong presentation skills to address individuals and groups.Must have leadership quality with a high level of self motivation.Proven track records in IT Hardware/Product Sales.Should have excellent negotiation skills and convincing capability.Ability to be target focused and work under pressure.Good with MS-Office- Word, Excel, Power PointPreferred to have hands on work experience on CRM tools.Responsibilities : Reporting to the manager on individual sales targets and achievements.
