Eligibility
PG Diploma / MBA / similar in travel studies
3-4 years in a similar role
Knowledge about destinations, tour packages and flair for selling
Ability to direct, supervise and lead a team of 15 and more
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office
Your work will include
Achieve Sales and Revenue Target w.r.t Group and FIT tour packages
Monitor and analyse sales enquiry conversion ratio and share prompt feedback and take necessary action
Monitor quality of communication and service on email, calls and at the time of walk-in’s
other trends
Ensure that complaints are responded to and acted upon immediately and put in place preventive measures to avoid recurrence
Arrange training to improve quality of calls and emails, product knowledge and to enhance understanding of competition, comparisons etc
Prepare efficient MIS with accurate facts and figures, concerns, feedback and suggestive action
About the team
As an Incharge of the team, you will be required to direct, supervise and lead the team to achieve their sales targets while simultaneously ensuring that the Guest is taken care of and services offered are as per the brand standards. You will also be required to monitor the trends in sales and share productive feedback with the concerned teams to enhance sales / services. Resolving Guest complaints, difference of opinion amongst team or low work performance concerns, if they arise is an important part of the profile. As a team lead, you will also be responsible to arrange training for the team in the areas which need improvement.
