Sales Officer – FMCG (Channel Sales / Wholesale/Retail)Designation: Sales Officer (General Trade, FMCG)HQ: LudhianaWorking Location: LudhianaExperience: 3 to 5 YearsSalary Brackets: up to 25,000 (Monthly) +TA/DA + IncentivesNo. of Vacancies : 01Job description: -1. Candidate preference from Soap & Detergent, Home Care, Personal Care, Cosmetic or Non-Food FMCG only.2. Candidate must have minimum 3+ years’ experience working as Sales Officer for Non-food FMCG Company in GT.3. Dealing with the dealers, distributors, and channel Management & Wholesale.4. Responsible for Primary/Secondary target for the region and growth of business.5. Coordinate with respective CFA to ensure timely supplies to distributors/direct retailers.6. Ensuring sufficient stocks with distributors and retailers in the region.7. Must have excellent knowledge about their territory areas & other surrounding areas.8. Candidate should have a strong distributor network with retail level geographical knowledge of the areas.9. Candidate must have knowledge about how to develop primary as well as secondary sales in area & able to make distributors/ parties in the area.10. Improve repeat billing at each of the activated stores11. Ensure off take of products through store level merchandizing12.
