Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.
How you will contribute
With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements and development activities (e.g. product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation etc.). You will also write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.

The overview of the role is
PPM Role – 40%
lead productivity governance for India, ANZ, MENAP & SSA
supporting business in tracking RM & PM sufficiency
work closely with BU procurement leads for robustness tracking supporting delivery of AC target
DTCV Role – 60%
Support in global DTCV activities and tool development which includes
Partner with Consumer science team for consumer value analysis for all the upcoming DTCVs
Partner with PQB team and develop draft consumer value and cost matrix and competitor matrix for all PQB markers!
Partner with RDQ SME and procurement team to develop “Specification stretch analysis” for Dairy and cocoa for AMEA. Based on the leanings, develop the same for other regions
Development of draft Greenline assertion/Attribute chart DTCV brands that are for upcoming PQB markers based on existing CS information
Partner with Spend area procurement and RDQ product and productivity teams to develop cost contribution analysis for the upcoming DTCV using PowerBi tools
