Job Responsibilities:Drive high-volume organic search growthOwn and evolve Squares site architecture, navigation, and multiple properties to drive organic growth and preserve positive user experiencesLead all technical SEO projects and own related technical requirements for product and marketing initiativesDevelop large-scale programs to grow our SEO practice and drive core business metricsIdentify and implement forward-facing opportunities and tactics that exponentially grow our search visibilityOversee SEO best practices and adoption by core cross-functional teams, including content marketing, engineering, creative, Product Marketing teamsWork to provide leadership, strategic insights, and feedback to other SEO team membersMonitor Organic Search performance of Square and top competitor sitesDeliver SEO performance reports, provide actionable insights for senior executives and stakeholders, collaborate on quarterly progress reviews and forecastsProvide leadership to the broader SEO team, elevate the best practice, and be seen as a thought provoker.Skills Required:4+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Proficiency with: Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Backlink tools such as Ahrefs or Majestic, Crawling tools such as Botify, Screaming Frog, and DeepCrawl, CMS environments such as WordPress, etc.Advanced knowledge of the fundamentals of the search engine industry, including but not limited to: crawlers, relevance ranking criteria, keyword research, competitive analysis, content management systems, and performance scorecards, search algorithms, and current SEO trendsKnowledge of HTML and website administrationsAbility to identify and resolve problemsAbility to organize, manage, and prioritize tasksAbility to lead a team of multiple SEO analystsExperience in managing large enterprise preferredAdvantages of joining Turing:Amazing work culture (Super collaborative & supportive work environment; 5 days a week)Awesome colleagues (Surround yourself with top talent from Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc. as well as people with deep startup experience)Competitive compensation with great tax benefitsExpect fast career growth (High growth unicorn firm)Flexible work timingsFull-time remote opportunityTuring is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
