Key Responsibilities : A: Requirement Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Design, build and configure of Siebel applications to meet business requirements B: Lead the Siebel upgrade and Resolve the IRM violations C: Bug Fixing, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and advanced troubleshooting with no supervision on Siebel Config objects, script workflows D: Analyze, solve complex problems, suggests new and/or significantly reengineered processes across projects using innovative approach
Technical Experience : A:Exp of 7 – 10 yrs, expertise in Siebel Configuration Open UI and Upgrade B:Strong exp in Siebel Architecture and Data Model, proficient with Siebel Tools, config and customizing Objects C:Design, Development/Implementation experience with Siebel innovation pack 17 and above version D:Exp in troubleshooting, enhancing performance, Siebel Order Mgmt E: Knowledge in Telecom domain D: Siebel 8x to IP21 Upgrade experience
Professional Attributes : A:Should be able to communicate effective verbally and in writing and to present complex issues with assurance and confidence B:Should be able to lead status/technical meetings with clients C:Should be able to produce clear and concise documentation – including requirements documents, design specs
