We are looking for a highly skilled, passionate individual to lead outreach through social media tools and manage online reputation management. She / He will be managing the day-to-day tasks necessary for outreach, publishing, reporting, and data analysis to help build and develop brands and achieve greater levels of engagement.Responsibilities:Develop social media strategy for our customersEnsure that content is adapted to the respective channels, and it resonates with the brand voice and current timesCarry out Online Reputation Management – Planning, Execution, and ReportingReport weekly, monthly, and annual performance related to engagement, impressions, and other growth metricsData analysis from social performance to provide strategy recommendationsWork closely with cross-functional team to execute campaignsSkills / Abilities / Qualifications:In-depth knowledge and understanding of at least three platforms out of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, including how each of these can be deployed in different scenarios1 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of running corporate social media programs that have delivered fantastic resultsPaid Media Campaigns is a “MUST”Preferably experience in social software platforms like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.Top-notch communication skills for team and cross-functional collaborationA “can-do” attitude with a relentless obsession for customer satisfaction and audience engagementA self-starter mindset, willing to move quickly, combined with skilled and tactical execution for better ROIFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food allowanceHealth insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Should be Double Vaccinated,Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/04/2022
