Internal system tasks:
Proposed planogram creation
Assign store (per department)
Flat file upload in JDA
MPU – Mass planogram update
Tagging & mirroring/mirror validations in JDA
Approvals
Planogram validations
Planogram upload
PDF creation
Review vivids and schematics
Automation script
Quality Check script
Planogram validations
Apply fixture adjustments in JDA (shelf/peg/tray/clip)
Merchandising the planogram in JDA
Mirror validations/corrections in JDA
Conduct Quality Assurance review based on agreed QC checklist and playbook
Collaborate with key business partners to identify and document changes in merchandising standards
Collaborate with CLIENT team and agree upon the method of recording and fixing the errors in Pre-Publish and Post-Publish scenarios
