Responsibilities
Help in scaling & maintaining the packers & movers process
Conducts training sessions for team members
Manage day to day productivity of the team (Call Counts, Conversion, Quality, etc)
Helps team in navigating through challenging scenarios
Work towards continuous improvement of existing process
Work on automation of routine activities to help increase the output of the team
Responsible for achieving the sales target
Manage escalations on bookings created for their team
Required Skills:
Excel Skills Mandatory
Good Communication skills
Self-Starter and high level of ownership
