Job Responsibilities:
Resolving customer query / complaints of the customers through Emails
Escalate cases as per escalation matrix defined.
Co-ordination & followup with the Vendors over the email for quick resolution to the customer.
Efficiently and effectively navigating different systems and application provided for customer service.
Provide an excellent level of customer service driven by professionalism, timeliness and accuracy.
Ensure targets for service levels, quality and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Other duties from time to time that may be assigned.
