Job Summary
Auriga is looking for a 3+ years experienced UI/UX designer who is eager to help scale modern day businesses and provide a digital presence to brands. As a UI/UX designer you’ll demonstrate design skills to build solutions that are both trusted and loved by our customers and the clients. You will also interact closely with client side stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide the right design directions and best problem solving design outcomes.
What you will do
Design the best user experience by doing research and competitor analysis.
Ideate continuously turning insights into examples.
Create user journeys according to the scenarios.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
Keeping an eye open for the latest UX solutions.
Communicate with the client team to understand the requirements and understand the problem statement and plan for the solution accordingly.
Working along with the team as well as a solo player in a fast paced environment.
Create user journey, user persona, user scenarios, user stories, page flows and translate them to wireframes and mockups that meet product feature goals.
Collaborate with the research, product, business and engineering team to build scalable and impactful solutions.
What will you need
3+ years of design experience as a UX / product designer Minimum Experience: 3-4 years.
A portfolio to showcase your work of problem solving approaches and aesthetically clean user interfaces.
An understanding of user-centered design disciplines and principles, as well as an eye for subtle detail.
Well awareness of Heuristics principles.
Good communication skills and confidence to communicate in a team.
Must know the latest design trends and should be familiar with design languages like Material Design and Apple’s design patterns.
Must be able to work on Figma, XD, Sketch and similar tools.
A general understanding of how Design impacts Development (and vice versa).
Studied a valuable / industry standard course on UX design, Design Thinking or Human Computer Interactions.
Good to have
Awesome – If you hold the Degree of B.Des. in interaction design, product design, UX design and relevant courses.
Reading habit : It helps to keep you updated with the latest trends, techniques and self development.
