Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the marketing team meets their quotas and goalsWill work in different digital marketing platformsPR Work, online and offline marketing strategies formulation.Experience in leading a team and at the same time strong in MISExperience from Ecommerce industry will be an added advantage.Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.New Customer AcquisitionsGathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.Implementing new sales plans and advertising, identifying opportunities and strategies to increase salesWill assign different tasks to different team members.Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trendsBuilding and maintaining good working relationships with customersEnsuring that the store is adequately stocked with company productsAnticipate and resolve potential problems / issues work with seasonal marketing budgetMaintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standardsMaintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunitiesKnowledge of Digital Marketing and Online Marketing is a must.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹80,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Gurgaon – 122016, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)
