We are looking for US IT Recruiters for our organization who are willing to work as an US IT Recruiter junior-mid-senior levels. We invite applications from candidates who are highly driven with excellent communication skills and networking ability. He/she should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven. The ability to multitask and prioritize at any given time would definitely grab our attention. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred. In addition to having the technical skill and qualification, candidates must have a clear understanding of the US market with reference to benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and types and related work laws.

Fresher with good communication and Basic computer skills(MS Office/Office 365) are welcome to apply.

Position: US IT Recruiter – ONSITE Only no WFH.
Work Location: Hyderabad/ Visakhapatnam
Experience: 0-5 Years

Job Type: Full-Time.

Working Hours: Night Shift: 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM IST.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience and understanding of the US Hiring process, Experience working with Direct Clients and Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners.
The ideal candidate should have 1+ Years of experience in visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, and TN Visa.
Should Experience with Visa Classifications and H1 Transfers, and different employment Types like w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
Minimum 1+ Years experience working with Job Portals like Dice, Monster, and Indeed, and social media Platforms.
Should possess negotiating Salary/Rates with Consultants and their employers.
Identify and qualify all potential candidates through the recruiting process.
Arrange and coordinate candidate screening calls and interview schedules with Management & Clients Hiring Teams.
Explain to candidates essential Roles and Responsibilities and make sure to understand the client requirements.
Collect Consultant’s work history, technical skills, salary requirements, and initiate negotiations.
Use social networks and research to build an internal database and recruit passive candidates.
Identify potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, networking, and headhunting with minimum Turn-Around-Time.
Should be good in verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Must be a results-oriented self-starter candidate with the ability to meet deadlines.
