Processing of international student visa applications for destinations like Australian, New Zealand, U.K. USA.
Provide documentation services to our clients who have enrolled with us for Study Visa.
Assist clients regarding documents required for the Study Visa Process.
Assessing and checking complete visa application file.
Prepare the cases for final lodgment
Prompt responses to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails
Handle Customer queries patiently and in timely manner
High processing speed and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Meeting of process targets.
Ability to understand and create process tools.
Attend events and seminars and information sessions for process learning.
Accurate in Record keeping.
Ability to communicate across hierarchy and branches.
High quality, error free process centric approach.
Ability to learn and understand the entry requirement of multiple destinations
Qualification and Experience
Graduate with minimum of 2 year experience in study visa filing preferably in overseas education visa filing for either UK, USA, Australia or Canada.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with an ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent typing skills
