We are looking for serious job seekers, who can work full time dedicatedly, should be sincere and honest to their responsibilities with good communication skills.
Job Description
Should be expert in using job portals and other job boards.
Should have experience in recruitment of Non-IT industry (preferably engineering / pharma industry and Finance & HR corporate jobs).
Coordinating with end-to-end hiring process from interview scheduling to joining formalities in line with the business requirements.
Sending Interview invites to the shortlisted candidates and coordinate different modes of interviews.
Tracking interviews on regular basis and presenting the data to respective businesses/ recruiters on weekly basis.
Handling candidate issues regarding interview schedules &
Ensuring shortlisted candidates complete Interview process with respective businesses and keeping them updated about further steps.
Extending Offers to the identified candidates, placing requests for backgrounds to be verified, and ensuring completion of the same for the Hire to come On board with the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification :MBA
Experience : Min 2 years as Recruitment Executive
Should have excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Should have very good experience of Excel.
