Job Description :
ON SITE CONCIERGE
Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Our North Kihei Condo is looking for an on-site concierge for our office. This person should have great people skills both in person and on the phone. In addition to general concierge duties there is light secretarial responsibilities.
Office is open Monday – Friday from 10:00a-2:00p. Shift is 9:45-2:00.

Responsibilities and duties:
Become familiar with our property, condos, rental pools, house rules, etc. to be able to help our guests and owners.
Help assure guests have a great time on our Island by answering their questions and guiding them while on vacation.
Register guests and vehicles upon check in.
Projects as needed.
Answering phone calls
Desired skill and qualifications:
Ability to work with office equipment- Fax, scan, copy, Microsoft Office & Excel.
Happy and Positive outlook required
Salary: Starts at $20
