Job Description :
Salary Range: $90,000- $110,000 a year
Salesforce System Administrator Responsibilities:
Support: Salesforce users and analyze and route TMS issues into the proper ticketing systems. Update and close tickets in a timely manner. Effectively communicate resolutions with employees. Monitor TMS to ensure processes and system flows are working properly.
Design: Receive, review, and resolve all requests. Meet with department heads to review requirements and opportunities for improvement. Suggest design changes and submit for managerial approval. Submit approved designs for quotes/approval. Test all received code changes for customizations and change requests.
System Testing: Research, review, and understand system updates and releases. Conduct application testing in development environment and report all bugs.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field required
Experience creating of Flows and converting Process Builders and Work Flow Rules to Flows
Creating Reports and running analytics using Tableau
Salesforce Administrator certification required
3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent data modeling and process mapping skills
