Our Franchise is seeking someone who is experienced in the restoration industry, who is accustomed to working hard in challenging situations, has excellent communication skills, enjoys supervising others, managing production operations and is comfortable handling multiple projects at once.

This position is located in Salem Massachusetts and we will provide relocation assistance for highly qualified candidates.
$85K Base salary + bonus + Company paid health insurance + vehicle + 401k w/company match + paid time off + career advancement support!
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure restoration production staff follows SERVPRO® Franchise processes relating to customers and takes care of customer needs.
Ensure Top-Quality work is performed…Every Time!
Manage restoration production staff, as necessary
Work closely with homeowners, property managers and insurance adjusters
Oversee Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings
Oversee or manage Large Loss jobs
Estimate jobs
Prepare all restoration job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently and within compliance
Manage equipment and inventory
Position Requirements
Effective, professional written and oral communication
Intermediate math skills
3+ years experience as a water/fire/mold project manager
3+ years experience in the restoration industry preferred
Management experience
High school diploma/GED
IICRC certifications preferred
Full Xactimate software proficiency
