Job Description :
Local non-profit organization looking for a Retail Manager!
Job Duties:
Responsible for store operations and revenue plan
Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store and online
Supervise, train and assist workers
Work with community partnerships and vendors
Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals
Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times
Manage marketing initiatives for the store
Assist with other duties related to overall operations
Requirements:
Must have at least three years of retail background, ideally in a supervisory role
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Shopify
Experience with design programs and social media preferred
Pay: $40,000 annually, depending on experience
