YOUR ROLE
Invoice Process, is a core function of the business that involves supporting day to day finance activities, uploading the AR/AP Invoices through lynx template, booking of AR/AP in Cargo wise and identifying improvement areas.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Be in charge of day to day upload of Cargo wise Invoices raised by entities to interface with JDE
Ensure to have accuracy between Cargowise & JDE by performing reconciliation of data from both the systems
Verification of product code before uploading data to avoid duplication.
Vendor Reconciliation
Invoice processing (Including T&E)
VMD Forms Preparation
Payments
Close follow up with entity users to resolve combination errors
Extend support to month end reporting team by performing monthly reconciliation between Cargowise & JDE
Schedule regular conference calls with the stakeholders to know their requirements / issues / improvement
Performs other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager
Maintain tracker of daily tasks & report to immediate manager to ensure timeliness of deliverables.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
University degree in Finance
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Self-starter who can work independently under minimum supervision
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Additional knowledge of other languages is beneficial
Able to work in a matrix organization and in an international environment
Result and quality oriented with high sense of urgency.
High engagement and team spirit can well participate team activities.
Skilled use of office software, such as advanced excel etc.
Cargowise & JDE Experience would additional advantage
