Job Purpose
We are looking for a Client Partner to make strategic decisions regarding the Client Services team members and their client accounts.
In this role you will get to
Coach and mentor, train, and educate JS team members, individually and in group
Rarely participate in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) projects in Astound as backend developer to stay up to date on technologies
Participate in interviewing JS engineers. Provide feedback to the technical interviewers and work on the interviewing approaches improvements.
Contribute to the technical interview process/procedures within backend department
Develop training programs with their ongoing review and update regularly
Provide support and actively participate in JS Bootcamps in different locations
Update and maintain the JS knowledge base/onboarding programs Participate in the internal and external knowledge sharing events as a speaker
Research training and knowledge sharing events needs, be ready to plan and organize them in collaboration with L&D and Event teams
Your skills and qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in software development with any server-side language (Node.js is preferred)
At least 3 years of training and coaching experience, individually and in groups
Experience with interviewing, onboarding, and coaching of JS engineers
Excellent knowledge of native JavaScript and OOP
Must be an independent, self-motivated team player that is meticulous and methodical in creating solutions
Upper-intermediate spoken and written English
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform will be a plus
Public speaking experience on events will be a plus
